A big part of the recovery journey for many people suffering from anorexia is keeping a journal. I know I'd be lost without mine.

I love to spend time every morning, writing, drawing, thinking and doodling in my journal. It's like my escape from the worries in my head and getting them all out, first thing in the morning and last thing at night it is a release that has kept me going.
